Our future Programme

3 March 2026 - Perfume-making: At the Crossroads of Science and Art

Our programme of talks restarts on the evening of Tuesday 3 March 2026 when we will welcome Magali Klepper, olfactive designer, perfumer and founder of Magali K, Tous Nez Quelque Part to explore the sensory world of perfumes, fragrances and the science behind the scents.

Magali spent her entire childhood in the Ardennes countryside, immersed in the scents and aromas of nature. From an early age, she cultivated a herb garden and collected perfume samples. Her career in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries took her on journeys around the world, where she expanded her olfactory experience.

Eight years ago, she decided to devote herself to her childhood passion and reinvent herself in the world of scents and fragrance. She went to study perfumery in Paris, and very quickly, the desire to share her passion led her to develop her business project.

The talk will start at 19h30 and will be in the Social Area above the Brel Theatre at the British School of Brussels (BSB), Tervuren. The talk is free to all and will be followed by our usual social networking with drinks and light snacks.

To register for this event please fill in this form. Registration for this event will close on Monday 2 March 2026 at 18h00.

Many KVCV events are conducted in English and more information can be found on their website.

SRC events**
Our colleagues from the Société Royale de Chimie (SRC) also have an extensive calendar of events that run throughout the year. The SRC is a non-profit association that mainly brings together chemists from the French Community in Belgium whose main activity is exercised in one of the many fields of chemistry.
